How do I clean my jewelry?
We recommend to simply clean your jewelry by gently wiping off any dirt with a slightly damp, soft cloth. Dry with a clean towel.
Do not submerge into any liquid, including jewelry cleaning solutions.
How do I care for my jewelry?
As much as our jewelry is designed for the everyday conditions of life, these pieces are made with precious materials and small mechanical parts, so some love and care goes a long way.
Rule 1: Let makeup, perfume, lotions, and any chemical substances absorb into skin before putting on your gold plated jewelry.
Rule 2: Take off your jewelry before showering, washing, swimming, exercising, sleeping etc.
Rule 3: Avoid all soaps, oils, perfumes, detergents, and anything abrasive.
Rule 4: Store separately by placing your earrings in the leather pouch provided. Do not store near heating vents or extreme heat.
How to open and close:
Opening the Hatch style is effortless — just pull the bottom half down and voila.
Opening the Drop style is easy — simply put your fingernail in the slit at the bottom of the ball and open.
Both earring styles can be easily opened while on the ear.
Closing them requires a bit more dexterity, but no more than putting in a contact lens or painting your own fingernails. We recommend taking the earrings off your ear to close them back up.
How long will it take for my Monbouquette purchase to arrive?
Your purchase will be shipped from our studio in Santa Monica within 48 hours of purchase. We offer $5.00 domestic ground shipping as well as 3 day and 2nd day select shipping. Domestic ground shipping will take 5-10 business days to be delivered. Expedited shipping orders can take 2-3 days.
If your order is shipping outside of the United States, it may take up to 10 days to arrive depending on your selected shipping rate.

Yes! We currently ship anywhere within the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not ship worldwide, but please subscribe to our newsletter so you can be informed as soon as we become available in your country.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer domestic ground shipping for a $5.00 flat-rate. If you would like expedited shipping, these rates will be calculated upon checkout.
All shipping rates outside of the United States are calculated upon checkout.
How do I return my purchase?
We completely understand the risks of online shopping, so if you are not in love with your purchase we are happy to accept returns within 45 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be*:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase
* Approval for product return is at our discretion.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within two weeks.
Steps to return a product:
- Please fill out our online form by scrolling to the bottom of this page and clicking on 'Returns'.
- After filling out the online form, print your new shipping label, tape it over the old shipping label, and drop off at your nearest mailing center.
What if my refund is missing in my credit card statement?
If you haven’t received a refund after two weeks, no fear, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will figure it out together.
What items are non-returnable?
- Gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition, such as missing parts or damaged
- Any item without proof of purchase
- Any item returned after the 45 day time frame of purchase
